Si3 Case Study: Empowering a Bold Vision

When Danielle Sydnor took the helm as CEO of the newly established RISE Together Innovation Institute (RTII) in Columbus, Ohio, she had a transformative vision: to disrupt the cycle of poverty and structural racism in Franklin County through innovative, collaborative solutions.

But she needed support to turn that vision into reality. She needed the right infrastructure and strategic support.

Enter Si3 Group. We served as thought partners and strategic allies, helping Sydnor navigate complex stakeholder relationships while staying laser-focused on the communities she serves.

"Having a team of people that understood my passion while also having worked in government, corporate, and other spaces where they understand the practical realities made all the difference," reflects Sydnor. "They didn't just document what I wanted and feed it back to me—they helped me think through complex challenges in a way that set us up for long-term success."

Our work with RTII exemplifies the kind of deep, trust-based collaboration that's needed to take on our communities' toughest challenges. Beyond careless quick fixes and bandaid solutions, we empower leaders and organizations with the tools, insights, and operational strength to make their bold visions a reality.
