It was my pleasure to join Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas on Monday along with the leadership of CJR Development, Urban America Teams, and the Town Fork Creek community to celebrate the groundbreaking of their joint development effort –Southpointe at 63rd. This is a $250 million dollar investment into the Kansas City community, providing 37 acres of mixed-use commercial and residential space that will catalyze city-wide economic growth and development.
